Service Operation Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the QR Code Studio digital workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the matrix synthesis engine and industrial assets provided by this platform.

2. Professional Use License

Permission is granted to use our generation engine for both personal and industrial applications. This includes:

• Generating high-fidelity vector assets (SVG) for commercial marketing.
• Utilizing synthesized matrices in product packaging and supply chain labels.
• Embedding generated codes in digital and physical media without mandatory attribution.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Activity

You agree to utilize the QR Code Studio generator solely for legitimate and ethical data transfer purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Encoding malicious payloads, phishing URLs, or malware-distribution links into the matrices.
• Automated scraping or bulk-scanning of the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Misrepresenting synthesized matrices as being certified by a legal or governmental entity when they are not.
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the client-side code execution or global asset delivery network.

4. Intellectual Property & Asset Sovereignty

The software, visual design, and "QR Code Studio" branding are the intellectual property of UJ Studio. However, the ownership of the specific matrices generated (the black-and-white patterns) remains with the user who synthesized them. We claim no royalty or ownership over the data or final assets produced through your local usage of the engine.

5. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranty

"The generator and all technical assets are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. UJ Studio disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific industrial application, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the matrices will be 100% scannable in every environmental condition or on every legacy scanning device."

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UJ Studio be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of marketing ROI, supply chain interruption, or physical printing costs) arising out of the use or inability to use the generated matrices. Use of our high-fidelity assets in physical production is done at the user's own risk.

7. Governing Law

Any legal claim relating to the operation of the QR Code Studio environment shall be governed by the laws of our primary jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
